    Production safety

    4. Environment: the production environment should meet 6S standard to eliminate unsafe hidden danger.

    Equipment principle

    It USES high precision, high quality, high life guide, chain, and processing for v-groove almost no wear, no deformation, as a processing platform. The upper part is supplemented by two rows of symmetrical air pressure compression devices, and the knife position is equipped with an auxiliary compression wheel, which ensures the stable operation of the product throughout the processing process. In addition, the designed knife position is as close as possible to the platform (chain), so as to ensure the processing accuracy.

    Name and function:

    (1) main machine :(longitudinal milling and end milling)
    1. Longitudinal milling device:
    It is to use those who process floor long edge tenon groove, shaft is matched: it is divided into 6 axles commonly (real wood), 8 axles (compound) 10 axles (lock). 8 axis equipment, the first 3 axis are horizontal axis, the fourth axis is vertical axis, according to the manufacturer's requirements can also be designed into the third axis can be both horizontal and vertical use of multi-purpose axis, generally used as chamfer; The first four axes of the tenth axis are basically the same as the eighth axis, but the fifth axis is inclined axis, which is used to make the locking knife axis. The minimum distance between the cutter and the chain should be controlled at least (2mm), so as not to damage the cutter and the chain.
    A. upper pressing device:
    The height of the two rows of compression wheels above the chain should be adjusted (plate thickness reduced by 2mm), and the pressure should be adjusted between 0.25-0.35mpa. Each auxiliary compression height should be (plate thickness reduced by 0.5mm), the pressure should be adjusted at about 0.1mpa.
    B. height limiting device:
    The front limit height of longitudinal milling should be 1.5 times the thickness of the plate. The distance between the cognitive switch and the limiting wheel should be appropriate. It can be adjusted timely according to the feeding speed. Longitudinal milling of the back of the products of the bending (straightness) and the size of the head has a certain relationship, so the back must be parallel to the chain, it also plays the role of cutting size adjustment. The side compacting device is located on the opposite side of the backstop, its role is to push the material to the backstop compaction, keep the material normal into the longitudinal milling for processing.
    C. Switch display device of mobile frame:

    2. End milling:

    C, jump knife:
    It is controlled by an photoelectric switch. When the plate blocks the beam, the knife shaft will automatically descend. When there is no material blocking the beam, the knife shaft will automatically rise to the set position. The jump switch has nothing to do with speed, everything to do with the stop position of the block,
    D, limit thickness: limit thickness and thickness of end milling front wheel,
    E, limit switch: there is a stroke switch below the middle chain on the right. Its function is to control the stop position of the end milling chain. It can be adjusted forward and backward to determine the stop position of the chain.
    F, bracket and platen:

    H. Automatic oil supply system:
    The back of the manual oil pump as well as vertical milling. Vertical milling end milling automatic oil supply system is designed to provide lubricating oil for guide rail and chain, its oil supply is controlled by 2 time relays, according to the operating situation to set the stop, oil supply time (oil will pollute the board, oil quantity is insufficient lubrication).
    (2) operation cabinet:

    1. Feeding rack:
    Located at the front end of the equipment, its function is to put the materials to be processed on it and then automatically send them to the feeding rack. The feeding rack is equipped with a set of press buttons, which are respectively: emergency stop press button -- press the button to stop the operation of the equipment; Start feeding --- under automatic state, press this button to turn feeding operation; Feeding off --- press this button to stop feeding operation;
    Operation indicator light --- green light flashes when the equipment is in the state of automatic standby, and green light flashes when the equipment is in normal operation.
    2. Feeding rack:
    Located between the feeding frame and longitudinal milling, its role is to be processed materials after adjustment, close to the hill into longitudinal milling.
    3. Connection frame:
    Located between the longitudinal milling and end milling, it is used to transfer the processed floor to the end milling front bin.
    4. Warehouse:
    With head-tail connection, is located in the above before end milling, its role is very important, it will in addition to the material smoothly to end milling on the function, and control, feeding frame and the function of the end milling, high and low two photoelectric switch, mounted on the bin at the bottom of the switch is used to control the end milling, when end milling speed too fast, cause insufficient memory material of silo, end milling feed will automatically stop, pipe material reaches a certain height, end milling feed will automatically start running, then according to the actual situation, appropriate to reduce some end milling feed speed. At the top of the switch is used to control the feeding and the feeding frame, when end milling feed speed is too slow to cause the silo bin interference, feeding and feed will automatically stop, but ZongXi and connection frame will not stop at this moment, the normal operation, when the material reaches a certain height, inside the bunker feed automatically started running, and feeding frame depends on operating personnel to restart feeding frame, then, should be appropriately raise some end milling according to the practical situation of feed speed, speed before and after adjustment to coordinate, note that would rather stop end milling, are not allowed to stop in front of it.

    Cutting tool, shaft sleeve and hydraulic shaft sleeve

    1, the cutting tool is according to the manufacturer processed floor profile different requirements to design, it is made by professional knife manufacturers precision, so every manufacturer used tools are also different, that is to say, each tool position function is also different. Therefore, for each set of tools, it is the same way of adjustment and its actual operation is different, I hope you pay attention to.
    2. The shaft sleeve is generally divided into ordinary shaft sleeve and liquid sleeve. Ordinary bushing is the tool directly embedded in the tool shaft with bolt fastening. And liquid *** sleeve is to use the form of oil pressure to tighten the tool.
    3, the hydraulic shaft sleeve is a more precise, with hydraulic fastening device, it is divided into two types of pressure and oil gun pressure. Release the pressure relief valve every time the cutter is unloaded, and the shaft sleeve will release the pressure automatically. When installing the knife, only tighten the pressure bolt can be; Oil gun and *** set each time the cutter unloading is only to loosen the pressure relief valve, and the knife must use a special oil gun to pressurize.     Speed adjustment

    1. The feeding speed of the equipment is adjusted at any time according to the materials processed. The feeding speed of equipment parameters refers to the design speed. It is recommended that the high machining speed should be less than or equal to 80% of the design speed.
    2, the processing, the speed of the transmission part of the principle is: from the beginning of feeding to the end of the processing of the discharge of the conveying speed to increase in order to prevent folding and collision plate, need to synchronize the roller must be synchronized.
    3, vertical milling and end milling speed must match, harmonic adjustment, when disharmonic adjustment, must timely adjust the speed of end milling, specific methods refer to "bin" part of the description.
    4. For speed adjustment, please refer to the speed adjustment table and calculation formula of end milling speed (for reference only).
    5. Calculation formula of end milling speed: end milling speed = longitudinal milling speed/(plate length/block spacing)
    Example: 1 when the longitudinal milling speed =60m/min plate length =1200mm spacing =228.6mm
    The 60 m/min/(1200/228.6) = 11.5 m/min
    2. Longitudinal milling speed =50m/min plate length =600mm spacing =228.6mm
    The 50 m/min, (600, 228.6) = 19.2 m/min
